   The Bridesmaids

 Bride or Bridesmaid . . .

Whether you are a Bride, Bridesmaid or Matron of honour, we will answer all your questions! We will explain what the role of the Bridesmaid entails, give you tips on choosing a bridesmaid, her dress, and help you decide on the perfect hairstyle.

How many Bridesmaids?

There  is no set rule as to how many Bridesmaids you need, but generally speaking the number of Bridesmaids will match the number of Groomsmen.  For example: If the Groom has decided on a Best Man and two Groomsmen then ideally you should choose a Chief Bridesmaid and two additional Bridesmaids.

Who Should I Choose?

For some brides there is no question who they will choose, but if you have several sisters or close friends and you only need (or can afford to have) two Bridesmaids then this can be a big problem.  Choose someone you can rely on and trust to help when you need them.
